ಮಹದೇವಪುರ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಜನತೆಯ ಮನೆ-ಮನಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿ ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುವ, ಜನರೊಂದಿಗೇ ಬೆರೆತು ಕಷ್ಟ - ಸುಖಗಳನ್ನು ಅರಿಯುವ ಸ್ವಭಾವ ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿಯವರಿಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ದೆಸೆಯಿಂದಲೂ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತೀಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಆಂದೋಳನಗಳ ಮೂಲಕವೇ ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿ ಬೆಳೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Aravind Limbavali’s ability to mingle with the people of Mahadevapura freely and understand their difficulties and grievances come to him since his student life. He grew up in the midst of student movement of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP).
ಬಾಲ್ಯದಿಂದಲೂ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯಾಗಿ ನಾಯಕ
ಎಪ್ಪತ್ತರ ದಶಕದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕ ಸಂಘದ (ಆರೆಸ್ಸೆಸ್) ಹಾಗೂ ಎಂಬತ್ತರ ದಶಕದ ಆರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತೀಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ (ಅಭಾವಿಪ) ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರಾಗಿ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜೀವನ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದ ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿಯವರು 1986ರಿಂದ ಆರು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಅಭಾವಿಪ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಹಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದರು.
ಪಾಲಿಟೆಕ್ನಿಕ್ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ರಂಗದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹೋರಾಡಲು 1987ರಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಡಿದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪಾಲಿಟೆಕ್ನಿಕ್ ಕ್ರಿಯಾಸಮಿತಿ ಸಂಚಾಲಕರಾದ ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡಿದ್ದು ಯುವೋತ್ಸಾಹದ ಕಿಚ್ಚು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಆಂದೋಲನದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ತರಬೇಕೆಂಬ ತವಕ.
ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ದುರವಸ್ಥೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹೋರಾಟದ ಸರಮಾಲೆ
ಆಗಷ್ಟೇ ರಾಜ್ಯದೆಲ್ಲೆಡೆ ನೂರಾರು ಪಾಲಿಟೆಕ್ನಿಕ್‌ಗಳು ನಾಯಿಕೊಡೆಗಳಂತೆ ತಲೆಯೆತ್ತಿದ್ದವು. ಕಳಪೆ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ, ದುರವಸ್ಥೆಯಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಶೋಷಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದವು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣರಂಗದ ಈ ದುಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಭಟಿಸಿ ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿ ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಧುಮುಕಿದರು. ಅವರು ನಾಡಿನ ನೂರಾರು ಪಾಲಿಟೆಕ್ನಿಕ್‌ಗಳ ದುರವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷಾವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿದಾಗ ಇಡೀ ರಾಜ್ಯವೇ ಬೆಚ್ಚಿಬಿದ್ದಿತ್ತು. `ಸುಧಾ’ ವಾರಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯು `ಪಾಲಿಟೆಕ್ನಿಕ್‌ಗಳ ಕಥೆ ವ್ಯಥೆ’ ಎಂಬ ಅಗ್ರಲೇಖನ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿ ಜನಾಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ರೂಪಿಸಿದ್ದು ಈಗ ಇತಿಹಾಸ. ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಕುರಿತೂ ಅವರ ಹೋರಾಟ ಗಮನಾರ್ಹ.
ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಸುಧಾರಿಸಲು 120 ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿಟ್ಟು ನಡೆದ 1992ರ ಒಂದು ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಬೃಹತ್ `ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್ ಉಳಿಸಿ’ ರ್ಯಾಲಿಯ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯ ಸಂಚಾಲಕರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿಯವರದೇ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರ. ಈ ರ್ಯಾಲಿಯು ಈಗಲೂ ಒಂದು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ದಾಖಲೆ.
ಅಷ್ಟು ಹೊತ್ತಿಗೆ ಅಭಾವಿಪ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿಯವರು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಉಳಿಸಿ ಆಂದೋಳನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡರು. ಅಭಾವಿಪದ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯಾಗಿಯೂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಹೋರಾಟವನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಿದ ಅವರು 1995ರಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೆಸೆಸ್ ಅಪೇಕ್ಷೆಯಂತೆ ಪಕ್ಷ ರಾಜಕಾರಣವನ್ನು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದರು.
SWAYMSEVAK FROM BOYHOOD, LEADER AS STUDENT
Aravind Limbavall, who began his social life through Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS)in 70’s and Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) in 80s, served as the ABVP state joint secretary for six years since 1986.
When he became the convener of ABVP sponsored Karnataka State Polytechnic Action Committee, which was formed to fight the issues in the field of polytechnic education, everyone noticed a fighting spirit in him. He had the urge to bring changes through engaging himself in student movement.
SERIES OF PROTESTS AGAINST EDUCATION PLIGHT
Hundreds of polytechnics were mushrooming in the state. They were exploiting the students with poor Infrastructure and educational facilities. Aravind Limbavali began a fight against this plight in the education sector. Whole state was taken aback when a survey report was prepared on the plight of hundreds of polytechnics of Karnataka. Even Sudha Kannada weekly published a detailed front page report on the poor condition of polytechnics in “Polytechnics Kathe Vyathe” and created a strong opinion among the mass.
In 1992, Aravind Limbavali played a major role in organising SAVE CAMPUS RALLY, a mega student rally as the convener. This rally was historic and was attended by more than one lakh students, urging the fulfillment of 120 demands, Now also, this rally is a national record.
Aravind Limbavali, then National Secretary of ABVP, had also actively participated in 'Save Kashmir' movement. After continuing the student movement as ABVP state secretary, he joined party politics in 1995, as per the wish of RSS leaders.
ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶ : ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸೇವೆಯ ಹೊಸ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯ
ಆರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಜನತಾ ಯುವ ಮೋರ್ಚಾ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯಾದ ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿಯವರು, ಕೆಲ ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳಲ್ಲೇ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯಾದರು. 12 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಈ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ಇದ್ದು ಪಕ್ಷದ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಾಗಿ ಶ್ರಮಿಸಿದರು.
ರಾಜಕೀಯ ವ್ಯವಹಾರಗಳಿಂದ ಹಿಡಿದು ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ, ಚುನಾವಣಾ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ, ಸಂಘಟನಾ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯಾಗಿ - ಹೀಗೆ ಹಲವು ಸಂಘಟನಾತ್ಮಕ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಭಾಯಿಸಿದ ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿ ಸಮಾಜದ ಎಲ್ಲ ವರ್ಗ-ಸಮುದಾಯ-ಪಂಗಡಗಳ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅರಿತರು. 2006ರಿಂದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಿಯೂ ಅವರು ಪಕ್ಷದ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಂಡರು.
ತಮ್ಮ ಜನಪರ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವದಿಂದಲೇ ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿಯವರು 2004ರಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದರು. ಆನಂತರ 2008ರ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹದೇವಪುರದ ಜನತೆಯ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಈಗ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಪ್ರೀತಿ - ಅಭಿಮಾನ ಪಡೆದ ಶಾಸಕರಾಗಿದ್ದು ಹೊಸ ಇತಿಹಾಸ!
ಜನಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿ, ಸಂಪುಟ ಸಚಿವ
ಜನಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಯಾದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲೂ ಅವರೊಳಗೆ ಇರುವ ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವ ಮಾಸಿಲ್ಲ; ಜನಪರ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಶ್ರಮಿಸುವ ಕಿಚ್ಚು ಆರಿಲ್ಲ. ಈಗ ಮಹದೇವಪುರ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧವೂ ಹೋರಾಡಿ ಗೆದ್ದಿದ್ದಾರೆ!
ಒಂದು ದಶಕಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕಾಲ ಯುವ ಹೋರಾಟದ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ, ಆಮೇಲೆ ಹಲವು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಸಕ್ರಿಯ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ, ನಂತರ ಮೇಲ್ಮನೆ ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವದ ಅನುಭವ - ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿ ಮಹದೇವಪುರ ಮೀಸಲು ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಶಾಸಕರಾಗಿ ಯಶ ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಇವೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಅನುಕೂಲಕರವಾಗಿ ಒದಗಿದವು.
ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿಯವರ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಸ್ವಭಾವ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಕಾಣುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ಕ್ರಮೇಣ ಅರಿವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅವರು ಎಂದೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ಸಂಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಮರೆಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ನೇಪಥ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಆ ಕೆಲಸದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಫಾಲೋ ಅಪ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅದು ಮುಗಿದ ಮೇಲೆಯೇ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ವೃಥಾ ಚರ್ಚೆ, ಒಣಹರಟೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಲಹರಣಕ್ಕಿಂತ `ನೇರವಾಗಿ ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವ' ನೀತಿ ಅನುಸರಿಸುವುದೇ ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿಯವರ ಸಹಜ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದಲೇ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ವಾರು ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಕಡತಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು `ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಹಕ್ಕು’ ಚಲಾಯಿಸದೆಯೇ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು! ಈಗಂತೂ “ಮಹದೇವಪುರ ಜನಹಿತ” ಸ್ಮಾರ್ಟ್‌ಫೋನ್ ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಮೂಲಕ ನಾಗರಿಕರ ಅಂಗೈಗೇ ಎಲ್ಲ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲೇ ಅತಿವಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಸೇವೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.
ಶ್ರೀ ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿಯವರು 2008-13 ರ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಪುಟ ದರ್ಜೆಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವರಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು 2021ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಸಚಿವರಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಕುರಿತ ವಿವರಗಳು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯದಲ್ಲಿವೆ.
ನಾಲ್ಕು ಬಾರಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಚಿವರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಕಾಲಾವಧಿಯಲ್ಲೂ ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿಯವರು ಮಹದೇವಪುರ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಉನ್ನತಿಯನ್ನು ಮರೆಯಲಿಲ್ಲ. ವಿವಿಧ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಸಚಿವರೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದ ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಅಭ್ಯುದಯಕ್ಕೇ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವಾಸ, ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ, ಜನರ ದೂರುಗಳಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಷಣದ ಸ್ಪಂದನೆ - ಇದೇ ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿಯವರ ದಿನಚರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.
ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ರಾಜ್ಯವ್ಯಾಪಿ ಆಂದೋಲನವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿ, ಯುವಸಮುದಾಯವನ್ನು ಜಾಗೃತಗೊಳಿಸಲು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿ ಸಂಘಟಿಸಿದ `ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆ ಅಳಿಸಿ, ದೇಶ ಉಳಿಸಿ’ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಅಭಿಯಾನದ ಸಮಾರೋಪ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವೂ ಲಕ್ಷಗಟ್ಟಳೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸೆಳೆಯಿತು. ನಾಡಿನ, ದೇಶದ ಗಣ್ಯರು ಬಂದು ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ ದೇಶಭಕ್ತಿಯ ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು; ಭಾರತ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪಕ್ಕೆ ಯುವಸಮೂಹವನ್ನು ಸಜ್ಜುಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯೆಂದರೆ ಕೇವಲ ಪ್ರವೇಶ, ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲೇ ಮುಳುಗಿರಬೇಕಿಲ್ಲ; ಯುವಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ದೇಶ-ಸಮಾಜ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ಪಾಠವನ್ನೂ ಕಲಿಸಬಲ್ಲ ಹೃದಯವಂತ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಎಂದು ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿ ತೋರಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಸ್ಥಾನಮಾನಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚಿಂತಿಸದೆ ಸಮಾಜದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಭಾವತೀವ್ರತೆಯಿಂದ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ ನಾಯಕನಲ್ಲಿ ಅತೀವ ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬ ಮಾತಿದೆ. ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿ ಇಂಥ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವ. ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿಯವರ ದೃಢ ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸವೇ ಅವರಿಗೆ ದಾರಿ. ಜನರ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದವೇ ಅವರ ದಾರಿದೀಪ.
ಹದಿನೈದು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಮಹದೇವಪುರದ ಶಾಸಕರಾಗಿ ಅಪಾರ ಜನಾನುರಾಗ ಪಡೆದ ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿಯವರು ತಮ್ಮ ದಿಟ್ಟ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನಡೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ENTRY INTO BJP: A NEW CHAPTER IN PUBLIC SERVICE
Aravind Limbavali, who initially became the General Secretary of Bharatiya Janata Party Yuva Morcha, became the BJP state General Secretary later in a few months. He remained as state General Secretary for 12 years and worked hard for organising the party.
From political activities to media management, election management, and as organising General Secretary - he played many roles in organising and understood the problems of class, community and tribe in Karnakata.
He also engaged himself in party activities as Legislative Council Member in 2004. Later, he had an opportunity to represent Mahadevapura constituency in 2008 -this is all due to the love and affection of people of Mahadevapura. It was a new history in making.
PEOPLE’S REPRESENTATIVE, CABINET MINISTER
Even while being a people's representative, the fighter inside him is still alive. Now he has won the fight against the problems of Mahadevapura constituency too.
More than a decade of struggle as a youth leader, active politics afterwards, legislative council membership - all these experiences helped Aravind Limbavali to achieve success as the MLA of Mahadevapura constituency.

Shri Aravind Limbavali served as Minister of Education and Health during 2008-13 and in 2021,he served as Minister of Kannada and Culture and Forests. The details of this is given in a separate chapter.
Shri Aravind Limbavali did not forget the upliftment of Mahadevapura Constituency even during his tenure as a minister in the state government for four times. Aravind Limbavali, even while was also the minister in charge of various districts, gave priority to the development of the constituency. Compulsory visits to various development initiative locations in the constituency, verifying the progress of works, immediate response to people's complaints - this is Aravind Limbavali's daily routine.
As Minister for Higher Education, he organised a statewide movement against the terrorism threatening the country, and put a brilliant effort to bring awareness youth. The proclamation "Kick out terrorism, save the country” was historic. The concluding ceremony of the movement held in Bengaluru attracted lakhs of students. Many dignitaries of the state and country attended the event and gave a call for patriotism; prepared the youth determined to save India. Aravind Limbavali showed that the Education Department need not restrict itself only for admission and exams, but also teach the youth community the lessons of Nationalism.
There is a saying that a person who works hard without expecting any position will have extreme self-confidence. Aravind Limbavali belongs to such a community. His self-confidence is a boon for him. People’s blessing is the guiding light for him.

ಮಹದೇವಪುರವನ್ನು ಕಳೆದ ಹದಿನೈದು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀ ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿಯವರು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಜನತಾ ಪಾರ್ಟಿಯ ಸಂಘಟನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಂಘಟನಾ ಚಾತುರ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯವ್ಯಾಪಿ ಜನನಾಡಿಯ ಅರಿವು - ಇವುಗಳ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂಟು ಬಾರಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಅವರು ಪಕ್ಷದ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ``ಭ್ರಷ್ಟರನ್ನು ತೊಲಗಿಸಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಉಳಿಸಿ ಯಾತ್ರೆ, ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ರೈತರ ಬೃಹತ್ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾಟನಾ ರ್ಯಾಲಿ, ರೈತರ ಆತ್ಮಹತ್ಯೆ ತಡೆಯಲು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡ ರೈತ ಚೈತನ್ಯ ಯಾತ್ರೆ, ೨೦೧೭-೧೮ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶ್ರೀ ಬಿ ಎಸ್ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ `ಪರಿವರ್ತನಾ ಯಾತ್ರೆ, ೨೦೧೮ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ `ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ' ಪಾದಯಾತ್ರೆ, ಬರ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ, - ಹೀಗೆ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಹೋರಾಟಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ರಾಜಕಾರಣದ ದಕ್ಷ ನಡೆಗಳು
ಭಾರತೀಯ ಜನತಾ ಪಾರ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ದಶಕಗಳಿಂದ ಸಕ್ರಿಯರಾಗಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀ ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿಯವರು ಪಕ್ಷದ ಉನ್ನತಿಗಾಗಿ ಸದಾ ಕಾರ್ಯತತ್ಪರರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 2019ರ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯು ಬೃಹತ್ ಗೆಲುವು ಸಾಧಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಪಾತ್ರವೂ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಜೊತೆಗೇ ತಮ್ಮ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ತೆಲಂಗಾಣದ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ತೆಕ್ಕೆಗೆ ಬರುವಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಯಶ ಪಡೆದರು. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಅವರು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ನಿರ್ಮಲಾ ಸೀತಾರಾಮನ್, ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಜೀವ್ ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಅವರ ರಾಜ್ಯಸಭಾ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಕ್ಷದಿಂದ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ವಹಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ವಿಧಾನಪರಿಷತ್ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಹಲವೆಡೆ ಪ್ರವಾಸ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರು ಪಕ್ಷದ ಹಿಂದಿನ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶ್ರೀ ಅಮಿತ್ ಶಾ ಅವರ ಹಿಂದಿ ಭಾಷಣವನ್ನು ಸುಲಲಿತವಾಗಿ ಕನ್ನಡಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುವಾದಿಸಿ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಅರವಿಂದ ಲಿಂಬಾವಳಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ನಾಡಿನ ಪ್ರಬುದ್ಧ ಮುತ್ಸದ್ದಿ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಯಾಗಿ, ಜನೋಪಯೋಗಿ ಶಾಸಕರಾಗಿ, ಸಚಿವರಾಗಿ ಸದಾ ಜನಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿರುವ ಅಪರೂಪದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವ.
GREAT ORGANIZER, POPULAR LEADER
Aravind Limbavali, who has been representing Mahadevapura constituency from last fifteen years, is also active in Bharatiya Janata Party's organising tasks. After recognizing his organising skills and ability to understand people's pulse, he has been appointed as party's state General Secretary for 8 times. He has participated activly in BJP's "Drive away corrupt, save Karnataka” campaign, huge farmers protest rally during Belagavi special session, "Raita Chaitanya Yatre” organised to stop farmers’ suicides "Parivartana Yatre" under the leadership of party's State President B.S. Yediyurappa in 2017-18, “Bengaluru Rakshisi Padayatre" in 2018.
SKILLFUL STEPS IN POLITICS
Shri Aravind Limbavali is active in Baratiya Janata Party from three decades working relentlessly to the development of the party. In 2019, he played active role in achieving a big success in Loksabha elections. He also succeeded in getting BJP candidates win in four Lok Sabha MP seats in Telangana for which he was election in-charge. Earlier he was in-charge for the elections of upper house in electing Smt Nirmala Sitharaman and Shri Rajeev Chandrashekhar. He travelled many places in the state campaigning for the party candidate in Legislative Council elections. He has also got appreciation by translating the then party president Shri Amit Shah’s speech.
